Load-In

In the weeks leading up to the market, we will email you more specific information regarding the upcoming market, including load-in times, parking, etc.
A few days before the market, we will email you a Market Plan with your space assignment.  If you have any special requests, please let us know ASAP.  We do our best to accommodate special request but we do not guarantee any specific space locations.  
Vendor Load-in Times:  Sat | 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Earlier AM load in by appointment only, we may allow set-up as early as 6:00 AM)
 
Vendor tents must be set-up with >40 lbs. of weights per tent leg (at least 160 lbs. total) no later than 9:00am – so our staff & the City of Naperville can inspect your tent for vendor/shopper safety.  You will not be allowed to vend without having installed required weights.  If you are not at the market by 9:00 AM – your space may be eliminated.  Should the unexpected happen, please make sure to text the #’s provided in the emailed load in instructions a few days before the market.
* LOCATION: 2135 CityGate Lane, Naperville, IL (just N. of I-88 via Rt. 59) or locally from the north via Ferry Rd. entrance.
 
* MARKET HOURS: Sat & Sun,10:00 AM – 4:00 PM both days Late opening & early closure is not permitted. VENDOR LOAD-IN & PARKING After you load-in from 1 of 3 temporary vendor load-in areas, please proceed to long-term vendor Parking Garage (see attached) located South of the Market. For our Naperville market, if you need an extra hand getting your tent & product to your space, we will be offering porter services for $20 for up to 15 minutes of unloading time.
