Vendor Space Details:

  • Tent Requirements: 10′ x 10′ white tent required. (We do not rent tents, tables, or chairs for this market.)
  • Weights: At least 160 lbs. of weights (i.e. 40 lbs. per tent leg). Stakes allowed in grass areas only.  Approximately one-half of tent spaces are on cement/asphalt.
  • Dolly-In Show: Vehicles are not allowed at booth spaces. Porter service is available for a fee with advance reservation & payment only. Those without porter service must bring their own merchandise to their spaces. Carts and dollies will not be provided, as they are in use by our Porters.
  • Vendor Parking: Free in designated Parking Garage or Surface Parking lot (both located south of the market)

Market Hours:

  • Open “Rain or Shine” to the public. Late opening and early closure are not permitted.
    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Set-up Times: Saturday AM – 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Food Vendors: DuPage County requires permit for vendors with perishable food or those handling food (prepackaged samples do not require permits)  – Click here for info

Refunds & Cancellations:  All payments are non-refundable and your space is not assignable. See full terms 

Load-In & Porter Service

Porter service is limited to assisting with transporting merchandise from the load-in area to your booth space under your supervision. It is capped at 15 minutes, which is typically enough time to load or unload a standard-sized vehicle.
Dolly-In Show:  Vehicles are not allowed at booth spaces. If you do not use porter service, you are responsible for bringing your own merchandise to your booth. Please note that carts and dollies will not be provided.

10′ x 10′ White Tent & 160 lb. Weight Requirement

Vendor understands & acknowledges that they are soley responsible for securing their 10′ x 10′ white tent with a minimum of 160 lbs. of tent weights (i.e. no less than 40 lbs. per leg).
